Livelihood and economic empowerment
BIAU is committed to improving the quality of lives of PWABIs through promoting independent living and inclusivity. Under the program we equip PWABIs and their caretakers with the skills, resources, and opportunities needed to generate a sustainable income, achieve financial independence, and improve their quality of life. To achieve this, we empower PWABIs and their caretakers through livelihood program that offers training on entrepreneurship to enable them become self-employed.
Livelihood and economic empowerment programs are vital in transforming the lives of individuals living with brain injuries. By creating inclusive opportunities for work and entrepreneurship, these programs break down barriers, foster resilience, and enable individuals to thrive economically and socially. Investing in livelihood support not only uplifts individuals but also strengthens families and communities as a whole.
